What is Coaching?

In its purest form Coaching is a structured, goal*-oriented process that helps entrepreneurs improve performance, unlock their potential, and achieve meaningful progress. It emphasizes facilitation over instruction, accountability, and mindset shifts.

*The Goal is to help the participant Entrepreneur focus on his/her Potential and not necessarily his/her Performance. When Potential is reached, expected Performance is exceeded.

Key Points about my Coaching*:

• Facilitation, Not Instruction – Entrepreneurs are guided rather than given direct solutions.
• Accountability & Growth – Encourages entrepreneurs to take responsibility and  continuously develop themselves out in front of where they are at now.
• Structured Conversations – Uses questioning, reflection, and action steps.
• Mindset & Perspective Shifts – Challenges entrepreneurs' assumptions to expand possibilities.
• The Coach's Focus - help the Entrepreneur achieve the goals the Entrepreneur wants to achieve.
