Inner Circle Peer-to-Peer Advisory

Purpose

To glorify God by helping entrepreneurs and business leaders finish well, equipping them to build thriving businesses grounded in biblical truth, core business principles, and a fully functioning business operating system.


Vision

To empower entrepreneurs to grow personally, professionally, and spiritually while fostering a community of truth (Alethes) and practical application (Praxis).


Structual Elements

Membership:

  • Limited to 8–12 entrepreneurs to ensure intimacy and meaningful participation.
  • Members must be aligned with the group's core values and committed to personal growth.


Meeting Cadence:

  • Monthly half-day meetings.
  • One-on-one coaching sessions on weeks not meeting as a group.



Foundational Components

Scripture

  • Integrating biblical principles into business practices.
  • Weekly challenges tied to Scriptural reflection.


EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System)

  • A structured framework for business growth, leadership alignment, and operational efficiency. When used as a foundational component in coaching, peer advisory groups, and business discipleship, EOS serves as both a strategic roadmap and an execution framework to help business owners and leaders gain clarity, accountability, and traction in their businesses.
  • Format is intended to teach this Business Operating System at the ground level so that owners can either transition themselves and their company into running on EOS in some form or fashion, or succeed in hiring an EOS Implementor in the assistance of a successful EOS launch.

  • Principled Growth – Grounded in The 15 Invaluable Laws of Growth, The Speed of Trust, Scripture, and other foundational works, we pursue intentional and lasting development.


  • Expanding Capacity – Growth isn’t just about knowledge; it’s about sharpening wisdom, deepening trust, and strengthening execution.

  • Transformation Through Alethes & Praxis – We don’t just learn—we apply, integrating knowledge & truth (Alethes) into real-world action (Praxis) for personal, professional, and spiritual growth.

  • Monthly Fee: $400 per month 
  • Upfront Application Fee: $0
  • Room Rental Fee: $0-$50
