The majority of our consulting is focused on helping you hire the Right-People-for-the-Right-Position and then establishing effective Business Operating Systems (BOS). We use the WORKING GENIUS productivity tool to help determine what part of the work-flow process each individual thrives, and where the individual is likely to be frustrated.
