It's an encouragement for men and women over 60 to develop a rhythm and age with strength, clarity and purpose.
It is a way of living rooted in your God-given design as a steward of your body, your purpose, and your future. The core is one idea: DO ONE MORE INTENTIONAL THING TODAY THAT KEEPS YOU YOUNGER TODAY.
Seriously, if you're not willing to be hurting just a little bit every day, OMG is not for you.
Most people in their 60s, 70s, and beyond drift into passive aging. OMG helps you reclaim agility, vitality, and momentum. You will learn to:

It’s perfect for people like you — people who want to keep moving, keep growing, and keep living with intention.
A practical, faith-rooted understanding of aging, stewardship, discipline, and discovery.
A repeatable weekly rhythm is encouraged:
OMG is designed for where you are at any age and season, but powerful enough to change you.
A simple weekly accountability tool to track:
You only measure what matters.
At 70 years old, a 5x bypass, two ablations, and a lifetime of entrepreneurial "grind," Danny has a few principles. One of them is..
KEEP MOVING.
At 68, he had completed a 48 mile ultramarathon called a 4x4x48, and the 75 Hard Challenge, he took 30 days off to rest and recover. Not feeling well one Sunday morning he went to the hospital and ended up have a 5x bypass. Four arteries were 100% blocked.
The surgeon said if he had not been in such good shape, we would have died.
Danny had had a CT Heart scan 4 months earlier, and a full physical, and there were no concerns.
At 60, Danny was 45 pounds heavier than he is now and decided to start moving more.
