It is a way of living rooted in your God-given design as a steward of your body, your purpose, and your future. The core is one idea: DO ONE MORE INTENTIONAL THING TODAY THAT KEEPS YOU YOUNGER TODAY.

If I'm not hurting today, it's because I didn't do enough yesterday.

Seriously, if you're not willing to be hurting just a little bit every day, OMG is not for you.

Danny L. Smith

 At 70 years old, a 5x bypass, two ablations, and  a lifetime of entrepreneurial "grind," Danny has a few principles. One of them is..


KEEP MOVING.


At 68, he had completed a 48 mile ultramarathon called a 4x4x48, and  the 75 Hard Challenge, he took 30 days off to rest and recover. Not feeling well one Sunday morning he went to the hospital and ended up have a 5x bypass. Four arteries were 100% blocked.


The surgeon said if he had not been in such good shape, we would have died.


Danny had had a CT Heart scan 4 months earlier, and a full physical, and there were no concerns.


At 60, Danny was 45 pounds heavier than he is now and decided to start moving more.
